1. Organizer
The organization and management of the draw is the responsibility of Spuggy Designs ,with address at Boltons Lane, Woking
2. Participants
The draw is open to all UK residents of legal age, who meet the requirements specified in the draw publication on www.SpuggyDesigns.co.uk. The organizer's employees and their relatives may not participate in the draw.
3. Draw Mechanics
To participate in the draw, participants must follow the following instructions:
- Enter your details in the giveaway for 'Adults Merino Pumpkin Hat Giveaway' form, and Opt-in to marketing and newsletter emails. Sign-ups captured via a form that is not the giveaway form WILL NOT BE ENTERED into the giveaway draw.
- Participates must still be signed up to the organizer's email subscriber list at the time the prize winner is selected. Any entrants that unsubscribe from Spuggy Designs marketing and email communications will also be removed from the draw.
4. Participation Period
The participation period for the draw begins on 25/09/2024 17:00 (BST) and ends on 20/10/2024 17:00 (BST). Entries received outside this period will not be considered for the draw.
5. Prize
The prize of the draw will consist of: One knitted adult sized merino wool "bumpy" pumpkin hat. Colour: Multi-Orange.One size. No bespoke or alternative size can be requested. There is only one winner in this giveaway, and no additional prizes will be distributed. The prize is personal and non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for its cash value.
6. Winner Selection
The winner will be chosen randomly by the organizer using the Rafflys (AppSorteos) platform from all participants who have met the draw requirements. The winner will be announced on 21/10/2024 via an email sent to the email address provided on the giveaway entry form. It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide a correct/valid email address. If the giveaway winner does not respond, within 3 days, to the email sent from hello@spuggydesigns.co.uk, then a new winner will be drawn.
7. Communication with the Winner and Prize Delivery
The winner may contact the company within a period of 3 days from the date it is announced on the brand's social profile. In the event that such contact is not made within the stipulated period, the draw will be declared without a winner or another winner will be assigned.
The winner must have an address that resides within the mainland of the United Kingdom, and not a PO Box address. Failure to provide a valid address will result in the winner forfeiting the prize.
The Prize will be dispatched within 5 working days of winner confirmation, using Royal Mail Tracked 48 (or similar services).
8. Treatment of Personal Data
The personal data provided by the participants will be processed by the organizer in accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data. Entrant first name, surname, email address and communication/marketing opt-in will be captured and saved to the Spuggy Designs subscribers list.
9. Modifications and Cancellation of the Draw
The organizer reserves the right to make modifications to these legal terms at any time, provided that they do not harm the participants' rights. Likewise, the organizer reserves the right to cancel or postpone the draw in case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances that make it necessary.
10. Liability
The organizer is not responsible for any possible damages, harm or injuries that participants may suffer during the development of the draw or as a consequence of their participation in it. Likewise, the organizer is not responsible for the improper or fraudulent use of the prizes by the winners.
11. Acceptance of the legal terms
Participation in the draw implies full and unconditional acceptance of these legal terms. Failure to comply with any of the rules or requirements set forth in these legal terms will result in the participant's exclusion from the draw.
